本片是一部关于南斯拉夫乐队“无烟地带”的纪录片，由南斯拉夫著名导演埃米尔•库斯图里卡（Emir Kusturica）执导，他作为该乐队的贝斯手也出现在影片中。影片记录了“无烟地带”乐团2000年在欧洲巡演的经历，中间夹杂着乐手们关于成长历程的叙述，以及后台闲谈、排练的片段。影片结构也很有特色，乐队前台表演的画面使用彩色胶片拍摄，而表演后台的花絮以及乐队自述都采用粗糙的黑白影像来表现，形成强烈的对比。乐团一路欢唱，将巴尔干庞克的狂野与疯癫、欢乐与凄苦充分表现在他们的嬉笑欢腾与玩世不恭中。在巡演过程中，他们坚持追寻南斯拉夫的音乐根源，并希冀加入现代的摇滚元素重新构建自己的独特音乐风格。 本片获得2001年美国芝加哥国际影展最佳纪录片银盘奖。
