　　侠士蔡颖杰(田鹏)、冯俊卿(唐威)海湾竞技，得胜者取剑，双雄交锋、天地变色，浪涛共鸣，最后，蔡颖杰技高一筹得剑而去。　　十万金山乃匪寨，匪手金閰王(薛汉)，练就金刚不坏之功，坐大一方荼毒良民。其部下左右判官、牛头马面，黑白无常、索命童子、追魂夜叉等皆深怀绝技各具奇能；寨内并设十殿地狱，各殿殿主率鬼兵列阵驻守，官兵屡攻不克莫可奈何。　　閰王获知紫光神剑为蔡颖杰所得，乃派遣两路人马，一往烟霞居扮冯俊卿杀蔡颖杰之师烟霞人并夺紫光神剑，一往云中府假冒蔡颖杰之名杀死冯俊卿之师云中君，希望双雄结仇自相残杀。云中君有女飞燕子(上官灵凤)，久幕蔡颖杰侠义可风，痛心之余，细查蛛丝马迹，知一场血拼原系误会造成，乃设法终止冯蔡交恶，并查明为閰王所为，蔡冯遂并肩连手齐上金山讨剑复仇。　　蔡颖杰于途中不慎撞倒一美貌乡女，女昏迷不醒，颖杰延医救治，亲伺汤药，飞燕子有妒意，俊卿又从旁火上浇油，局面亦难收拾，其实乡女原是閰王之女金满娇(韩湘琴)，也是武艺高强，私下金山假扮乡女，原是为独擒蔡颖杰，入夜，施摄魂术，颖杰受惑户囚，幸得俊卿、飞燕子合力相助。　　满妖返寨，乳娘道出真情，十六年前閰王杀害神刀张顺泰，强占张妻，张妻不从死，閰王收养他们的女儿，就是满娇，满娇矢志复仇。同时閰王亦察觉满娇有叛意，乃强污满娇以逞兽欲。满娇果然暗通俊卿里应外合同破金山。
