1941年，伪满洲国宪兵队队长佟刚，因和日本关东军少佐松井的情妇小娟私过，遭松井撞见，争执中误杀松井，负伤弃职潜逃，途中伤重昏迷，被猎户孙老头和女儿孙铁妹救回。铁妹早和青梅竹马男友王虎珠胎暗结。在一次突袭伪满洲国运输车队的途中，孙老头中枪昏迷，佟刚身份被王虎识破，趁王虎抢救孙老头时，暗中射杀王虎和其它的抗日战士... 幕后花絮：这是著名艳星舒淇出道初期所主演的以抗战时期为背景的故事片，导演叶鸿伟被称为台湾第二代电影的旗手，曾执导艾敬的处女作《五个女子和一根绳子》。影片空设历史背景，原应有着浓郁的文艺气质，但却意外被打破了格局，走向了商业路线，其中明显有着受港片影响的零星痕迹。舒淇的全裸演出，曾被作为影片的商业卖点，而其充满锐气的表现，也为她赢得了一些影展的青睐与提名。
