Bill er løsladt fra fængslet på prøveløsladelse efter at have afsonet 8 år, for East Londons narkobaron Glen. Han vender tilbage for at finde hans sønner, 15-årige Dean og 11-årige Jimmy, der er blevet forladt af deres mor, som flyttede til Spanien med sin kæreste.
